The HP Total Lifecycle Management program is a comprehensive service that includes the complete management of an inventory pool, specialised data destruction services, equipment returns, storage and re-deployment.
The HP Planet Partners Recycling Program is offered to HP customers to assist them dispose of their used computing equipment in an environmentally responsible manner. This program includes HP and non-HP computer and printing hardware and original HP inkjet and LaserJet print cartridges.
The HP Trade-In program offers HP customers cash payments for their old equipment when new HP products are purchased. This service includes the collection of HP and Non-HP equipment, data destruction and disposal in an environmentally responsible manner. Promotions may vary from country to country and be available for a limited time.
If the HP Trade-In program is not available, the HP Buy-Back program may be offered. As part of the service, HP will collect, test and evaluate the equipment. If the equipment has market value it will be refurbished, resold to the second hand market and a cash payment may be made. If the equipment has no value, it will be disposed of in accordance to HP's strict global recycling standards.
The HP Pack and Ship program is a complete suite of equipment packing and shipping services aimed at assisting HP customers retire existing equipment, return leased assets or move equipment from one location to another. Transportation methods include truck, marine and air shipping. |
