Tips on Claiming Your Reward

Try entering only the model no. to search for your cash back page. Please note, your model no. is different to your serial number or part number.

For example,

If your product is the Compaq Presario C793VU Notebook PC (FF409PA), then your model no. is C793VU and not (FF409PA).

If your product is the HP Pavilion dv5-1004ax Entertainment Notebook PC (FK680PA), then your model no. is dv5-1004ax and not (FK680PA).

  • A6460A

Still getting no results? If your model no. has a hyphen in it, try removing the hyphen. For example if your model is the Compaq Presario SR5520-AN Desktop PC, then try searching for SR5520AN

How To Find Model No's

     

Desktops and notebooks:

To find the model no. for your PC, look for the label on the side or the back of the case.

Printers:

To find the model no. for your printer, look for the label on the back or bottom of the printer.

   
   

Which Barcode Should I Submit For My Claim?

Barcodes for Desktop PCs, Notebook PCs and Printers
You will need to submit your Serial No. Barcode online to complete your claim. This is located on the barcode sticker on your product box. You must also cut out the entire barcode sticker and submit it to the fulfillment address to complete your claim.

Q. What if the box has been discarded or destroyed?
A. When you mail in your claim documentation (i.e. the printed claim confirmation page and your purchase receipt) please specify in writing that your box has been discarded or destroyed.


Barcodes for Ink and Toner Supplies
You will need to submit your UPC Barcode located on the back of your package to complete your claim. This is located in the bottom right hand corner. You must enter the full 10 digit number of the barcode in your claim form.
