Submission Format

The submission of the abstract and the final paper should be in the prescribed standard format.

Text Alignment - Justified

Abstract Submission

The  'Student Registration Form' and the 'Institute Attestation Form' must be attached.
The Registration Form and Attestation Form should clearly specify the name of the participating student(s) and also the name of the Principal Faculty Mentor guiding the student(s).
Written in paragraph format
Should not be longer than one page (500 to 750 words)
Must outline the following very clearly:

Objectives

-

Methodology

-

Major outcomes expected

-

Practical implication

-

Commercial Viability

Final Paper and Prototype Submission

Final papers must have the following sections. However, on account of nature of submission, the format could vary and some sections could be added or modified.

Title Page (Please mention the submission code; title of submission; the theme selected; the name and email of the student(s) and principal faculty mentor; and the name, email and postal address of the institute.)
Introduction
Objectives
Review of Literature
Methodology
Findings and Analysis
Commercial Viability
Conclusions
Implication/Application
Limitations
References/Bibliography

Should not be more than 3500 words including references/bibliography. Papers more than 4000 words would not be accepted.

If there is an actual physical model, it should be photographed and adequately represented on a CD by making a visual such as a video and submitted along with the paper.
