Furthering HP’s “When Everything Counts” strategy, the novel services aim to help businesses save more on printing costs across their operations. It enables businesses to better utilize their resources to accelerate growth and to capture the opportunities presented by the economic recovery.

At a fixed and affordable monthly price, commercial customers will be able to enjoy the new "Smart Print Services", including the leasing or purchasing of HP printing devices, original supplies, hardware maintenance and technical support to meet their business needs. The appointed OPS Partners will ensure the smooth operation of printing devices to deliver quality printing and to increase productivity in client companies.

Mr Eric Lau, Sales Director, Imaging & Printing Group of Hewlett-Packard HK SAR Limited said, "With encouraging signs of a gradual market recovery, many businesses have begun to pursue new growth strategies. In response to this trend, HP introduces “Smart Print Services", which represents the second phase of our “When Everything Counts” strategy. The new services complement our new range of affordable and cost-efficient printers launched to help businesses reduce printing costs. Through effective management of the print environment and streamlining of business operations, the new services will help customers further drive down overall printing costs. Businesses will be able to better utilize their limited resources on market development.

"HP is delighted to collaborate with the two OPS Partners Adventus and iPrint in the provision of "Smart Print Services" to commercial customers. The two partners have been selected in accordance with HP’s stringent criteria. In addition to on-hand expertise in managed print services, they also have a clear understanding of the printing market environment and customers’ needs. Moreover, they are certified by HP and backed by our full support, so customers can be assured of the consistent, quality services that they have come to expect of HP," added Eric.
