HP Make Printing A Picnic

 “Eligible HP Product” means any new and original HP ink packs as stated in Clause 3 below.

“End user” is a Participant who purchases an Eligible Product for his, her or its own personal use in Australia and not for resale or re-supply or export.

 "Participant" means a resident of, or business trading in, Australia who purchases an Eligible Product from a Participating HP Reseller in Australia during the Promotional Period and is the end user of that Product.  The Promoter, its related bodies corporate, resellers of HP products and any agencies associated with this Promotion, their employees and those employees’ immediate families are ineligible to participate.

 "Promoter" means Hewlett-Packard Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 74 004 394 763) of 353 Burwood Highway, Forest Hill, Victoria, 3131.

 The “Promotional Period” commences at 9.00 am (AEST) on 28 October 2009 and ends at 11.59 pm (AEST) on 1 February 2010. All claims must be submitted by close of business 8 February 2010 inclusive).

The “Reward” means a HP Picnic Backpack, valued at RRPAUD $49.90.

2.      Information on how to enter this Promotion and redemption details form part of these terms and conditions. By submitting an entry, Participant agrees to these terms and conditions. Entry is only open to a Participant. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry, including whether the entrant qualifies as a “Participant”. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or person tampering with the entry process or any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or does not comply with these terms and conditions. Entry is only open to a Participant. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry. To be eligible for this promotion the Participant must, within the Promotional Period, purchase in Australia any three (3) Eligible HP Products, be the end user user of those Eligible Products and complete and submit (within the promotional period) a valid entry at www.hp.com.au/supplies. The entry form must be completed with the Participant’s correct name, contact details and any other requested information and must include a correct HP product code for each Eligible HP Product purchased. An HP product code will be located on a sticker on the outside of the box of each specially marked Eligible HP Product. Each code is unique and can only be used once.

4.     The Participant must: (a) correctly and fully complete an official online claim form at www.hp.com.au/supplies with all required information by 5PM EST 8 February 2010.

5.     Upon submitting a valid claim form entry form online as noted in Clause 3 (and providing proof of purchase, if requested by Promoter), Participant will be eligible to receive a HP Picnic Backpack, valued at RRP AUD $49.90.

6.     There is a limit of three (3) entry redemptions for each Participant.

7.     This promotion is limited to the first 2000 valid entries as received by the promoter.

8.     This promotion excludes MVC/PPP/PPU/MPS program customers.

9.     The Promoter will accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. Further, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any unauthorized intervention, or any combination thereof, including any non-delivery or corruption of entries to the Promoter, injury or damage to Participants' or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in respect of this Promotion. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a Participant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Participant invalid. If the Promoter has not entered into any correspondence with the Participant prior to the last mail date of the Promotion, it is the responsibility of the Participant to contact the Promoter to ensure their claim has been received and/or has been verified.

10.  The Promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date of this Promotion at its discretion.

11.  This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotional product bundle outside of this offer (excluding another HP promotion called “Printing Pays With HP” which is also in place at present and Participants may claim on both the “HP Make Printing A Picnic” and “Printing Pays with HP” should they meet the eligible criteria for both promotions).

12.  The reward is subject to availability and may be replaced with another reward or equal or greater value and the affected Participants will be notified accordingly.

13.  The reward will be sent to the Participants postal address provided on the entry form.  The Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to send out the HP Picnic Backpack within seventy five (75) days of the entry being submitted and validated.  The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost misdirected deliveries.

14.  Entries will be deemed invalid if the same tax invoice number is used on more than one entry.

15.  The Promoter's decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into after 6 weeks of closing date of this Promotion.

16.  Claims are not transferable or assignable. Only the Participant who purchased an Eligible Product may submit a claim.

17.  Once claims have been received and verified please allow up to approximately 75 days for receipt of the reward.

18.  The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for misleading or incorrect information provided by a reseller regarding this Promotion.

19.  Liability for any tax on any prizes provided to Participants pursuant to this Promotion shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant. It is recommended that Participants should contact their own accountant or taxation advisor in this regard. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any unauthorized intervention, or any combination thereof, including any non-delivery or corruption of entries to the Promoter, injury or damage to participants' or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this promotion.  The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

20.  All claims become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects your personal details in order to conduct this Promotion, and may pass that information to its related bodies corporate and agencies assisting with the promotion, which may be outside Australia. If the information requested is not provided, you may not participate in this Promotion. The Promoter will use the information contained in the entry form to contact you if it has any queries regarding claims, and to send prizes. If you give your consent HP may contact you from time to time with information about special offers and products and services that may interest you, but you may unsubscribe later if you no longer wish to receive further marketing information. 21.  These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia.
